    Cost per booth with breakfast and lunch for 1 person- $625.00

    Cost per booth with breakfast and lunch for 2 people- $650.00

    Cost per booth with breakfast and lunch for 3 people- $675.00

    Additional food ticket for 1 person- $30

    Access to Whova App- this allows you to interact on the app with attendees, as well as have a list of attendees. 

    Power available if needed- must be noted on registration form

    Payments should be paid via the vendor link on our website. Payment is expected at the time of registration. If you company needs to pay by check please note on registration form.

    AzVAN Spring Conference 2026

    When:  Friday April 17, 2026 7:30am-3:30pm 

    Where: Desert Willow Conference Center 

    4340 E. Cotton Center Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85040

    Join us for our yearly Vascular Access Conference. We will be raffling off prizes throughout the day- with 2 Grand Prizes being paid entrance fees to this year's AVA Conference!

    We will have our local printer on site printing on demand T-shirts!

    We will be partnering with Camp Not a Wheeze again this year to raise money to send kids with Asthma to summer camp. We will be doing a 50/50 Raffle on site.

    We are also partnering with St. Mary's Food Bank and will be collecting canned/non-perishable food on site the day of the conference. Extra raffle tickets will be given to people who donate. Let's show up and do our part for the community!
